At the Annual Meeting last month, the Board of Directors proposed and the membership strongly voted to approve a dues increase of $5 per month (to $330 semi-annually) effective July 2022.
The last dues increase was in 2016; the Board promised no dues increase for 5 years – it has been six. With inflation high and interest rates on our Reserve funds low, a modest dues increase was deemed to be needed to avoid a special assessment to fund a major repair or replacement.
If you use a bank bill pay service, please ensure you change the amount of the payment to $330. If you do not use your bank bill pay service, we strongly encourage you to do so. In either case, make sure the check memo includes your Shelley Lake address.
