Shelley Lake Estates, located about 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane, WA, includes 248 residential lots on scenic Shelley Lake. This website serves our residents with information about the community. Here you will find HOA documents, lake information, an events calendar, and other useful information. There are also links to contact your volunteer Board of Directors and various committees.

Shelley Lake Estates Homeowners Association's mission is to make positive changes that would create a more functional community and preserve the natural serenity of the lake while increasing the safety and security of homeowners, children, and property.

Coming up - Maintenance/Shoreline volunteers needed

We will soon be receiving 400 plants for the shoreline; weed spraying needs be done before planting. To volunteer to help, email maintenance@shelleylake.org or call Bob Harris 994-3022.
