Gate Operation:
Guests find homeowner name on gate directory and enter 3 digit number to dial homeowner.  Homeowner can let guests in remotely after talking with them through the gate controller.

Homeowners can use manual access code by
pressing button with key symbol and entering their assigned six digit code. 

Gate Times:
Closed 24-hours 7 day a week except for open houses and special events.

Policy:
Temporary codes can be requested for the homeowner to provide
to guests for special event access during normally closed times.
Special open times can be requested for garage sales and open houses.
Please allow 48 hours for processing special requests.
